De Bikkelen

Knitwear manufacturer “De Bikkelen” has been designing, developing and producing knitted garments since 1932. The family owned company situated in Beneden-Leeuwen, The Netherlands, has concentrated its entire production process in one single factory complex. We attempt to continuously renovate as well as innovate by means of communication, internally as well as externally, and by employing a highly skilled work force.

Apart from ladies fashion knitwear, the company also has a wide ranging experience in the design, development and production of corporate knitwear. The “B&B” brand has been serving this special market, known for its demand of extreme high quality products, to great satisfaction for over 10 years. The "“B&B"” brand must be considered the leader in the Dutch corporate knitwear market and as such has a large number of well known and respectable companies as clientele, at home and abroad.

In view of “B&B”’s activities it is absolutely necessary to be able to respond with flexibility and speed to facilitate large orders. For this purpose, in combination with another Dutch company, “De Bikkelen” has created a joint venture, with facilities based in East-Poland. This company, with a work force of approximately 300 personnel, specialises in the manufacture of large orders (up to 25000 pieces).

Our factory in Beneden-Leeuwen produces orders from 50 to 250 pieces per model, in client specific types. This particular company structure allows more opportunities and flexibility, while no concessions have to be made in respect of quality. In order to guarantee consistency in quality, all knitting is carried out in our factory in Beneden-Leeuwen.

“De Bikkelen” has the capability to develop and produce new models to your own design, starting from 50 pieces per model. We can provide support to the client in the design, alternatively we can produce a “Private Label” of high quality. The knit work ranges from gage 3 to 14 in almost every type of yarn quality.
